Biography
John initially joined the team in an interim capacity before being appointed as Director of People in July 2023.
He has worked in the NHS for 20 years and joined from Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care System.
Prior to this, John was Director of Workforce at East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust and was Deputy Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at Royal Papworth NHS Foundation Trust.
He has extensive experience of workforce planning, managing, inspiring and improving HR teams, forging relationships with trade unions, and managing complex and challenging employee relations issues.
