Health professionals

This section of our site is primarily for clinicians and currently introduces our outreach services. Further services and information will be introduced to this section in the near future.

Outreach services

  • Our vision
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is situated in a rural area, where the distances to other population centres are large, and the road network is relatively poor. In response to this the Trust is now running additional acute outpatient clinics and carrying out day surgery procedures in a community setting, closer to patientsí homes and work.
  • Outreach at Fakenham
Outreach services available at Fakenham Medical Centre.
  • Outreach at Littleport

  • Outreach consultants
