The Team QEH Awards are an opportunity to shine a light on the outstanding care delivered by the staff and teams at our Trust
It’s your chance to say thank you and let the staff at the hospital know what a difference they have made to you or your loved one’s healthcare.
Step forward and tell us who your healthcare heroes are, so we can come together to celebrate them!
All nominations are seen by a panel of judges with finalists being invited along to a special awards ceremony on Tuesday 6 October.
