E-Rostering
Allocate Loop, a new e-rostering app, is being introduced to replace Employee Online (EOL). EOL is currently used at the Trust predominently within nursing areas.
Loop has all the functionality that users will be familiar with in EOL, along with a more intuitive user-friendly interface and some additional enhanced features. There will also be a web-based version for staff who prefer to access their roster information this way.
Important: Information
When signing up for Loop, please ensure that you register with your Trust email and not your personal email.

Users will be able to:
- View personal and team rosters – easily see your schedule and who you’ll be working with
- Manage leave – view your annual leave, public holiday entitlements and request leave directly through the app
- Book shifts conveniently as needed
