Annual Members' Meeting 2025
The Annual Members' Meeting is taking place on Wednesday 30 July in the Board Room of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn.
Our Annual Members' Meeting has now reached capacity and therefore we are not able to accept further registrations for people to attend in person.

Members of the public are invited to learn more about The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust’s (QEH) year of achievements at the Annual Members’ Meeting on Wednesday 30 July.
The meeting, which takes place in The QEH Boardroom, is an opportunity for members of the public and Foundation Trust members to hear from staff about the progress achieved from April 2024 – March 2025.
From 3pm to 5pm the formal Annual Members’ Meeting gets under way including presentations on what the Trust has achieved in the last year along with financial performance and looking to the year ahead. There will also be healthcare specialists speaking about:
- how the Trust has successfully achieved Teaching Hospital status
- the Peddars Way end-of-life unit
- how the hospital has improved its discharge performance
Between 1.45pm and 3pm there will also be the opportunity to speak to staff from the Electronic Patient Record team, the hospital’s very own QEHKL charity, culture and engagement, research and more.

Bookable tours (which are now full) of some of the hospital facilities that have been opened again this year. Registered guests can get behind the scenes tours of either:
- Community Diagnostic Centre - Designed to reduce scan wait times and get patients seen quicker, with state-of-the-art imaging equipment
- Stroke Rehabilitation Garden - Designed to support the physical and psychological recovery of stroke patient
