2026 governor elections
Governor elections are being held for the three Councils of Governors of our Trusts within the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group.
Foundation Trust members and staff members can stand for election as a staff governor. When voting opens, you will also be able to vote for the candidate of your choice.
Public and staff governors are elected to represent our member constituencies and staff colleagues. They have a key role in informing the Council about the views of their constituency and providing feedback to the Council. In addition to Council meetings, there are working groups and there are internal, hospital based patient experience reviews and external meetings to bring the hospital perspective. It is an opportunity to help shape how your hospital works and contribute to important discussions about its future.
