Andrology (Semen analysis and post vasectomy testing)

Diagnostic fertility or post vasectomy semen analysis testing appointments can be made by completing this form.

Appointments are available at QEH and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals (NNUH)

• QEH - approximately 3-4 week wait for next available appointment
• NNUH - approximately 9-10 week wait for next available appointment
