National Staff Survey results - 2022

The survey is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world and is carried out every year to improve staff experiences across the NHS. The survey is aligned to the NHS People Promise.

1461 members of Team QEH took part in the survey which will allows staff to express their thoughts and feelings anonymously.

We are committed to looking after the wellbeing of our staff and experience they have working at QEH. We are working with each of our departments to address any concerns raised and are asking staff for real time feedback.
