Passionate about keeping infection down

A star studded cast of staff appears in our new hand hygiene campaign.

The campaign, which is designed to raise awareness of staff, patients and visitors to the importance of hand hygiene to prevent infection spreading, features doctors, nurses, midwives, a pharmacist and phlebotomist, cleaners – and a very special patient, ten year old Megan Matthews.

A special film (below) has been shot by a local film maker and a range of banners and posters is on display around the hospital.
