The ‘Being Open’ commitment and statement

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing a high quality service to patients that is safe, effective and aims to provide a positive experience of care. In support of this aim, the Trust commits to openly investigate and respond to any incidents or complaints that identify poor service or failures in practice, to apologise when we have been at fault and to put in place changes to prevent similar problems in the future.
