Outreach services at Littleport's St George's Medical Centre
St. George’s Medical Centre has a registered population of
approximately 10,000 patients. The boundary cover 100
square miles and also borders Norfolk and Suffolk.
The Medical Centre is blessed with an abundance of free car parking and also has a fairly unique partnership with The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn. This partnership already provides ophthalmology, general surgery, urology, gynaecology for both outpatients and local anaesthetic day case procedures in one of two purpose-built state of the art operating theatres which are appropriately called the Harley and Davidson suites.
The primary care team consists of six doctors (five of which are partners) and five practice nursing staff (one Nurse Practitioner, three General Nurses and a Healthcare Assistant).
