The Non-Clinical Team of the Year Award

Criteria:

This award will be presented to a non-clinical team that has gone above and beyond the call of duty and has made an outstanding difference to colleagues by providing a support service that enables the smooth running of the organisation. The team will be an exemplar in working together effectively to deliver clear benefits. The team works collaboratively, encouraging participation and openness, while sharing ideas, responsibilities, skills, resources and credit. The team promotes a positive work environment, and delivers results that exceed the expectations, leading to improvement in procedures, practices, productivity, or service levels.

Nominations:

This award is open to all non-clinical teams, including newly created or temporary teams and will be open to nominations from Team QEH only.

Judging:

The shortlist will be chosen by a panel of 5, comprising members of the Divisional Leadership Teams, Corporate Leads, Governors and the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
