Cambridgeshire and West Suffolk, choosing to have their
minor operation at St George’s saves a round trip of up to 50
miles to and from the nearest NHS hospital.
Consultants from The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust now hold regular outreach sessions at St George’s Medical Centre – bringing NHS acute hospital treatment closer to home. The new service is available via ‘Choose and Book’.
