The Leader of the Year Award

Criteria:

An award that recognises brilliant leadership by an individual who demonstrates a positive and sustained impact on patients, service users, carers and/or staff whilst role modelling our values. The winner will have provided outstanding leadership to teams and individuals, such that the quality of delivery of that team is measurably improved. They will have positively influenced the broader culture of the department and/or the Trust by providing an outstanding example of positive behaviours and practices.

Nominations:

This award is open to all members of staff and will be open to nominations from Team QEH only.

Judging:

The shortlist will be chosen by a panel of 5, comprising members of the Divisional Leadership Teams, Corporate Leads, Governors and the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
