Our outpatient team aim to make your experience as pain free as possible, working with you to support you live your life with diabetes. We offer a range of options to make your experience as convenient as possible, including virtual, telephone and face to face appointments.

If you have a face to face appointment please bring a urine sample, a record of your blood glucose values and your repeat medication list with you. Thank you.
