Arthur Levin Day Surgery Centre

The Day Surgery Unit is a self-contained unit that comprises of 4 operating theatres, 1 treatment room, a 6 bay recovery area and a 32 bed ward area. The majority of routine operations are performed as a day procedure that do not require an overnight stay; this benefits the patient as they can return to their normal home environment as soon as they have recovered from their anaesthetic, aiding a faster recovery therefore reducing the risks of post-operative complications and infections.

The team care for adults and children undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures using either general or local anaesthesia:

  • Ear, nose and throat
