Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
If you have concerns about any aspect of care, or the service received, it’s best to speak first with a member of staff involved with the care.
If they can’t help, or you’re not comfortable speaking with them, you can contact PALS
You can also email pals@qehkl.nhs.uk.
If you’d like to speak to us in person, please contact us to make an appointment.
Telephone: 01553 613351 or 01553 613343. All messages will be returned as soon as possible, usually within two working days.

Please tell us about your experience of our hospital by completing this short survey known as the Friends and Family Test.
Chaplaincy
Chaplaincy - Spiritual care is usually given in a one-to-one relationship. It's completely person-centered and makes no assumptions about personal conviction or life orientation.
