Hospital passport

At The Queen Elizabeth Hospital we try to ensure that all our patients and their carers have access to care in a way that best suits their needs. In order to do this we try to make any reasonable adjustments we can to individualise care and support.

Please take a moment to look at our hospital passport – whilst designed initially to support patients with a learning disability there will be elements which can support patients with any additional need.

The passport can be downloaded and printed so that you can add the information relevant for you, or the person you care for, prior to coming to our hospital. It helps our staff to care for you or your loved one in a way that best suits their needs.
