The Behind the Scenes Award

Criteria:

This award will be presented to an individual who may not come into contact with patients on a daily basis but whose work behind the scenes consistently contributes to the smooth running of the hospital. It recognises colleagues in non-clinical roles, working in any part of our hospitals, supporting Team QEH to deliver brilliant care.

Nominations:

This award is open to non-clinical members of staff and will be open to nominations from Team QEH only.

Judging:

The shortlist will be chosen by a panel of 5, comprising members of the Divisional Leadership Teams and a Governor.

The winner of this award will be chosen by public vote once shortlisting has taken place.
